How we work

  • Remote. Work from anywhere in the world.
  • Async by default. Few meetings, decisions in writing, time to focus.
  • Autonomy from day one. You own your area and make the calls in it.
  • Built to last. We are judged on what still works in a year, not on what shipped fastest.

AI Engineer

Build the AI parts of our client systems and our own products, and make them hold up in production.

What you would do

  • Design and build AI-driven workflows, agents and decision systems for client platforms in hospitality, government, education, aviation and automotive.
  • Take models from prototype to production: integration, evaluation, monitoring, and the unglamorous work that makes them reliable.
  • Decide where AI belongs in a system and where a plain rule does the job better. You will say no to AI as often as yes.
  • Contribute to our own products as they move from development to launch.
  • Feed what you learn from real usage back into the next build.

What we need

  • You have shipped AI or ML features to real users, not only notebooks.
  • You can build the API and the pipeline around a model, not only the model.
  • Requirements will change while you work. You help decide what to build next.
  • You care how systems behave a year in, not only at launch.

UI/UX & Graphic Designer

Design the interfaces for our products and client systems, and the brand around them.

What you would do

  • Design product interfaces end to end: flows, screens, states, and the design system they share.
  • Turn complicated system behaviour into screens people understand on first use.
  • Own the visual direction of our products, including brand and marketing material.
  • Work directly with engineering. Your designs ship, and you get to see how people use them.

What we need

  • A portfolio of product or interface work that shows thinking, not only polish.
  • You are comfortable designing both interfaces and identities.
  • A strong sense of hierarchy and restraint. Less on the screen, chosen well.
  • You can give and take feedback in the open, with engineers in the room.

Operations & Systems Coordinator

Keep projects, people and processes moving so the rest of the team can build.

What you would do

  • Run timelines and priorities across client projects and our own products.
  • Build and maintain the internal workflows, documentation and tools we run on.
  • Coordinate between engineering, design and the founder. Spot friction early and remove it.
  • Support hiring and onboarding as the team grows.

What we need

  • Experience in operations, coordination or programme management.
  • Strong written communication. Most of our work is async and in writing.
  • You can run several initiatives at once without dropping threads.
  • You like turning a messy situation into a plan, and then keeping the plan honest.

How to apply

Send a short introduction, your experience or portfolio, and which role you mean. A few lines about something you built are worth more than a cover letter.
