Careers

Inspirnex is building systems meant to endure technology designed not just to launch, but to evolve.

We're assembling a small, high-caliber group of people who want to work at the intersection of intelligence, design, and long-term thinking.

These are not support roles.
They are foundational positions.

AI Engineer Designing intelligent systems that think, adapt, and improve

The role

As an AI Engineer at Inspirnex, you'll work directly with the founder to design and build intelligent systems that power future platforms and applications.

This role goes beyond model training or feature implementation. You'll be involved in system-level thinking—deciding how intelligence is embedded into workflows, products, and architectures from the ground up.

You'll help shape how systems reason, respond, and evolve over time.

What you'll work on

  • Designing and implementing intelligent system architectures
  • Building AI-driven workflows, agents, and decision systems
  • Integrating models into real, production-grade platforms
  • Exploring practical applications of emerging AI techniques
  • Improving systems through feedback loops and real-world usage
  • Contributing to internal products and future Inspirnex applications

This work spans research, engineering, and applied intelligence—with a strong emphasis on systems that are actually used.

What we're looking for

  • Strong foundations in AI / ML, data-driven systems, or intelligent automation
  • Experience building real-world, production-ready systems
  • Comfort working across ambiguity and evolving requirements
  • Ability to think beyond isolated models and features
  • Curiosity about how systems behave at scale and over time

Titles matter less than how you think and build.

Why this role is different

  • You'll work closely with the founder on early-stage, high-impact systems
  • You'll influence architecture, not just implementation
  • You'll help shape internal products as well as partner systems
  • You'll be building technology designed to last—not short-lived experiments

This is a role for someone who wants to shape the future of intelligent systems, not just use existing tools.

What you gain

  • Direct influence on system and product direction
  • Exposure to real-world, complex problems
  • Opportunity to work on products that may impact thousands—or more
  • A long-term role in building something foundational

UI/UX & Graphic Designer Designing clarity, structure, and meaning into future systems

The role

As a UI/UX & Graphic Designer at Inspirnex, you'll work at the intersection of design, systems, and technology.

This role is not about decorative interfaces. It's about designing how people understand, interact with, and trust complex systems.

You'll work closely with the founder to shape the visual language, interaction models, and overall experience of future platforms and applications.

What you'll work on

  • Designing interfaces for complex, intelligent systems
  • Creating interaction patterns that evolve with the product
  • Developing visual systems, not just individual screens
  • Translating abstract system behavior into clear user experiences
  • Contributing to branding and visual direction of internal products
  • Designing for both clarity today and scalability tomorrow

You'll help define how future systems feel, not just how they look.

What we're looking for

  • Strong experience in UI/UX design, product design, or visual systems
  • Ability to think in systems, flows, and long-term structure
  • A strong sense of clarity, hierarchy, and restraint
  • Comfort collaborating closely with engineering and product thinking
  • A portfolio that shows depth—not just polish

You should be equally comfortable designing interfaces and identities.

Why this role is different

  • You'll help define the design language of future Inspirnex products
  • You'll work on systems, not just screens
  • You'll influence early decisions that shape long-term experience
  • You'll collaborate directly with the founder and engineering team

This is a role for designers who want to shape how future technology is experienced, not just styled.

What you gain

  • Ownership over design direction and decisions
  • Opportunity to work on meaningful, long-term products
  • A seat at the table from early system design onward
  • The ability to build work that evolves over time

Operations & Systems Coordinator Designing structure so everything else can move forward

The role

Inspirnex is building intelligent systems, products, and platforms that evolve over time. To do that well, we need internal structure that is just as intentional.

As the Operations & Systems Coordinator, you'll work closely with the founder to organize, align, and maintain the internal systems that keep everything running smoothly.

This role is not about routine administration. It's about creating clarity, order, and flow across projects, people, and processes.

You are the connective tissue of the organization.

What you'll work on

  • Organizing projects, timelines, and internal priorities
  • Creating and maintaining operational workflows
  • Coordinating across engineering, design, and product work
  • Managing documentation, systems, and internal tools
  • Supporting hiring, onboarding, and team coordination
  • Helping translate vision into executable structure
  • Identifying friction and designing better internal systems

You'll help ensure that ideas turn into action—and action stays aligned.

What we're looking for

  • Strong organizational and systems thinking skills
  • Comfort working across multiple initiatives at once
  • Ability to bring clarity to fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience in operations, coordination, program management, or similar roles

Background matters less than your ability to see structure where others see chaos.

Why this role is different

  • You'll work directly with the founder on core initiatives
  • You'll help shape how Inspirnex operates from the inside
  • You'll design processes, not just follow them
  • You'll support both internal products and external collaborations

This role grows with the organization. As Inspirnex evolves, so does your scope and influence.

What you gain

  • A foundational role in a future-focused organization
  • Exposure to system design, product development, and strategy
  • Real ownership over how work gets done
  • The opportunity to shape culture, rhythm, and structure

This is a role for someone who wants to build the operating system behind the work.
