AI integration services

Most organizations don't need a new platform to use AI. They need it inside the tools their people already use. We integrate AI models with your existing systems and data, and keep your permissions and review steps in place.

  • Connected to your systems. AI that reads from and writes to your CRM, ERP, help desk, document stores and databases.
  • Grounded in your data. Answers and drafts built from your own documents and records, under the same access rules as your team.
  • Inside the workflow. Classification, extraction, summaries and drafts appear where the work already happens, not in another app.
  • People stay in charge. Review points for anything that matters, and a log of what the system did.

AI automation services

Automation removes the repetitive steps between people and systems. Our business process automation services cover the whole flow, from the moment work arrives to the report at the end of the month. We use AI only for the steps that need judgment.

  • Intake and routing. Emails, forms and requests sorted, checked and sent to the right person or queue.
  • Documents. Invoices, applications and contracts read, checked and filed, with exceptions flagged for a person.
  • Approvals and handoffs. Work that moves between teams and tools without anyone copying and pasting.
  • Reporting. Recurring reports pulled from several sources and delivered on schedule.

AI automation for small business works the same way, at a smaller scale. For a small team, one well-built automation often does more than a new platform.

Custom AI solutions

Sometimes off-the-shelf tools don't fit the process, the data or the risk. Then we design and build custom AI solutions around the way your organization works.

  • AI agent development. Agents that carry out multi-step tasks across your tools, within limits you set and can audit.
  • Internal assistants. Tools that answer questions and draft work from your own knowledge base.
  • Tested before launch. We evaluate against real examples from your business before anything reaches users.
  • Monitored after launch. We track quality, cost and failures, so the system stays reliable as models and needs change.

How we work

Four stages, and you can stop after any of them. You see working results at each stage before you decide on the next.

  1. Discover

We learn your goals, constraints and the systems you already have, and find the processes where AI or automation would help most.

  2. Architect

We define the structure, the data and how the system will evolve, before any code. This is where we decide what needs AI and what needs a rule.

  3. Build

We ship in stages, with your team in the loop at every one.

  4. Evolve

We measure, refine and extend as your requirements change and better models arrive.

Is this a good fit?

We are honest about fit. At the end of the discovery call, we tell you what we would build, or that you don't need us.

A good fit

  • A process takes hours every week and follows a recognizable pattern.
  • The data lives in systems you can give us access to.
  • You want a system your team understands and owns.

Probably not a fit

  • An off-the-shelf tool already does the job. We will tell you which one.
  • There is no process to improve yet, only an interest in AI.
  • You need a guaranteed result before anyone has looked at the process.

Industries we work in

The approach is the same in every sector. What changes is the process and the rules around it. These are the areas we usually look at first.

  • Hospitality. Guest messages, booking changes and reporting across properties.
  • Government. Citizen requests, case intake and document-heavy approvals, with a full audit trail.
  • Education. Admissions, student services and the administrative work around teaching.
  • Aviation. Maintenance records, operational documents and scheduling handoffs.
  • Automotive. Dealer and service inquiries, warranty paperwork and sales reporting.

We ship and support our own software

As a studio, we also make our own products. MidRate, a currency converter for iOS, and Tallira, a point-of-sale system, are live. PaperPress and DocVault are in development. We maintain each one after release, and we build client systems to be maintained the same way. See our products.

Common questions

What do AI integration services include?

Connecting AI models to your existing systems and data, building them into the workflows your team already uses, and the testing, monitoring and support around them. The exact scope comes out of the Discover stage.

Do we need to replace our current systems?

Usually not. Most AI integration work sits alongside the tools you already run and connects to them through their APIs, databases or exports.

What is the difference between AI automation and workflow automation?

Workflow automation follows fixed rules: when this happens, do that. AI automation adds steps that need judgment, such as reading a document or deciding where a request should go. Our workflow automation services use both, and a plain rule wherever a rule is enough.

Is AI automation worth it for a small business?

It can be, when the process is clear and repeats often. For many small teams the right first step is one automation, done well. If off-the-shelf software is the better choice, we will say so.

How long does a project take, and what does it cost?

Both depend on scope, so we don't quote before discovery. Delivery is staged, and you can stop after any stage. The first call is free.
